I was amazed by the construction work being done in a house which I purchased later on. I asked if this house was constructed by someone for him or herself but I was surprised that there is a firm who does it in this way. Few years back, I constructed my own house in E-11, Islamabad, but when it was completed, I was disappointed and didn’t like it myself so I sold it out. I am fond of beautiful houses and I liked this house very much. I straight away purchased it without any bargaining because they provided me the estimated construction cost, cost of land and reasonable profit which was logical. They even provided me some after sales services which are rarely provided by any contractor. I am happy in this house and I usually call the estates construction management on a tea for giving me such a beautiful house.

Three years back I was searching for a house in Bahria enclave Islamabad. I saw many houses but didn’t like any. Lastly, I came across a house in sector G street 4, which was very good looking and expensive work had been done in it for example “Ash wood” which is one of the most expensive wood, rarely used by any contractor and even by someone in his/her own house was used in it. I contacted the owner and purchased the house. The house was constructed and owned by “Estates Construction”. I purchased it for 2.3 crore which was the highest deal at that time in this sector. I was so happy by this deal and the quality work being done in it by the contractor that I gave the house to Estates Construction for maintaining it and renting it out. Now, the Estates Construction is my investment advisor and I do involve them in all my investment decisions in real estate sector.

Recently, I visited Bahria Enclave Islamabad for the purpose of purchasing house for my living. I came across many houses and I finalized one belonged to Estates Construction in sector A. The house was beautiful and the representative, I was dealing with, had an attractive way of dealing clients. I had some bargaining with him which is usual but I purchased the house in just 15 minutes. He gave me the house in a reasonable price as I had worked on houses in the market. It was the best available option for me. Construction work done in the house is outstanding as I compared it with the other houses. I am happy and thankful to Estates Construction management for such a good work on a reasonable price as I had some budget constraints but they adjusted that issue by giving me time of two months.
